Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Book early to secure your dates. Note: On the calendar below, click on your desired check-in date and click "check availability" at the bottom of the calendar. This will take you directly to "BOOK NOW" for Overnight Stays (and other options). Now, SELECT your desired # of days -CURRENTLY 12 OPTIONS-SCROLL TO SEE THEM ALL (or weekends, holidays, etc.). Hit "Next"! After Next, the system will take you to "Schedule Appointment-click on it. NOW "Schedule your Service"-there you Select the DATE and TIME of your desired CHECK-IN ONLY (listed in 55 minutes increments). DO NOT TRY TO ENTER AN CHECK OUT DATE! Once you have selected your check-in date and time, proceed to fill out the BOOKING FORM with your information (name, email). On the same Page where you entered your information, it will have the total for your stay plus taxes. View policy and payment details then Click "BOOK NOW". Example: If you want to check-in on December 15th (Mon-Thurs) and stay 2 nights, select Mon-Thurs 2 nights, the 2 night price is already calculated, then proceed to follow the steps outlined!

This is a SMOKE FREE building. Absolutely no smoking indoors; a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation for smoking.

NO BURNING CANDLES inside of the Venue!

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE AND OUTSIDE)! NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON THIS PROPERTY!

NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

Overnight StayS Requirements

*Minimum stay: 2 nights/Maximum: 5 nights unless pre-approved by Management (1 NIGHT BY EXCEPTION @ $82.99).

*MS state taxes are added to the bill at checkout!

*Standard Check-In time: 3:00 PM (CST) and Check-Out time: 12:00 PM (CST)!!

*Maximum of 10 people in the Venue for Overnight Stays!

Note: We rent by rooms BY SPECAIAL EXCEPTIONS/CIRCUMSTANCES (meaning that you maybe in the Venue with others outside of your party-YOU WOULD BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE). Each bedroom door has individual key locks!

QUIET HOURS-WEEKDAYS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM/WEEKENDS: 11:00 PM-8:00 AM

Other Events

Building use for other events starts at $125 per hour, plus tax.

Cleaning fees of $65 will be charged for overnight stays over 2 days.

NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

RESPONSIBLE PARTY-Whoever books the reservation is responsible for the bill, policy and house rules.

PARKING IS FREE. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT OF VEHICLES.

Management reserves the right to refuse services at their discretion.

White table and chairs are property of 204 E. Walnut Street, Charleston, MS. You are welcome to use them indoors and outdoors. Please do not remove them from the property.

You may bring your GRILL and use it on the property, however DO NOT bring a grill on the inside nor on the DECK. Use the open on the side of the deck area. Management will provide a grill and dedicated area in the future.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE OPEN FOOD IN THE VENUE!
